Pressure Die Casting for Repeat Components

Secondary Operations
A pressure die cast component may require additional work before it reaches its final condition. Depending on the drawing, subsequent operations can include turning, drilling, milling, tapping, finishing, coating or assembly.

Our listed inspection resources include digital micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, depth gauges, dial gauges, bore gauges, digital measuring instruments and alignment measuring tools. Chemical composition analysis and hardness testing are also supported through listed third-party facilities where applicable.
