Material and Application
Dipak Sales works with ETP Copper, Aluminum, Phosphor Bronze, lead-free brass alloys, low-lead brass alloys and copper alloys. The suitable coating route depends on the material and customer-defined application requirements.
Inspection and Final Finish
Finished components can be checked using suitable dimensional and coating inspection equipment, including coating thickness gauges, digital micrometers, vernier calipers and other measuring instruments, according to the applicable specification.
Integrated Component Finishing
Coating Process can be coordinated with turning, drilling, milling, tapping, precision machining, vibratory bowl finishing, buffing, part finishing, anodizing and plating-related operations to achieve the required final component condition.
